ORDREBEHANDLING:
Vi pakker ordren din så fort vi kan og sender avsted neste arbeidsdag. Leveringstiden kan variere fra hvor i landet du bor. Så alt fra 3-7 arbeidsdager kan det ta fra du bestiller, til du mottar pakken din.
Ved eventuell retur, så kontakter du oss og vi ordner returetikett for deg. Når vi har mottatt returen, håndterer vi denne og pengene vil bli refundert. NB,
Ved eventuell retur dekkes kostnaden av kunden, med mindre det foreligger en feil eller skade ved mottak.

Utsending av ordre: Når du legger inn en bestilling på vil du motta en ordrebekreftelse på mail fra oss. Vi vil behandle din ordre normalt samme dag / dagen etter avhengig av tidspunkt for bestillingen.
På grunn av miljømessige grunner så legger vi i utgangspunktet ikke ved returetikett i pakken. Om det er ønskelig med vedlagt returetikett, kontakt oss ved bestilling med ordre nummer og vi fikser dette for deg.
Dersom du ikke henter pakken innen 3 dager, vil den bli returnert til oss. Kjøper vil da belastes med 199,- i omkostningsgebyr.
For parcels abroad
We will pack your order as soon as we can and send it off the next
working day. The delivery time may vary depending on where in the
country you live. So anything from 3-7 working days can take from
when you order until you receive your package.
In the recipient country, the shipment is scanned and cleared by customs, before it can be delivered to the mailbox /pick up parcel. Customs processing in the recipient country may result in longer delivery times.
If you order from a country other than Norway, additional costs may occur, such as VAT, and any customs duties when the goods arrive in your country.
The customs in your country might therefore add a custom fee upon import. The rules for this varies from country to country, and is out of our control. Most countries have a certain limit that you can buy products for without paying this fee, so make sure to check this out if it is important to you.
